Every Child is different, Every Child is unique, Every Child will grow up to be his best. So as a teacher and parent let’s understand this uniqueness and preserve a child’s Learning style.
Success will be established once a child learns from the teaching and learning is inevitable, when child gets attentive to the content taught.
The key here is, give the child the prescribed teaching materials in the way he intends to receive it.
For instance, lets talk about the number 1 – A Visual learner would be inclined towards the flashcard while a Auditory learner enjoy the video or a rhyme on number 1. A Kinesthetic learner would prefer solving the exercise or doing a clay modelling activity on Number 1 while a Reader/ Writer child would learn by tracing number 1.
I would summarize here with a point that teacher or parent performs dual role today – they act as a doctor analyzing their child’s traits and act as a creative artist to give the child the best way of learning.
